Heater Service and Carbon Monoxide Test

Attend site to inspect, service & carbon monoxide test a gas heating system.

What our service includes…

• – Check unit is operating and functioning correctly
• – Carbon monoxide test prior to any work 
• – Clean and dust unit
• – Remove and clean pilot injector
• – Clean pilot tube
• – Remove and clean burner injectors
• – Remove and clean burners (if removable)
• – Check thermocouple (clean if required)
• – Check fan, mounts & balancing (clean if possible)
• – Check and test fan capacitor (if accessible)
• – Check gas inlet pressure
• – Check gas burner pressure on low and high setting (adjust if required)
• – Reassemble heater, clean and pack up
• – Clean all air inlet filters
